Chicken Cordon Bleu
my version of chicken cordon bleu.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
2 slices of ham
1/2 oz Carmoody
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 T milk
10 carr’s water crackers
1 T gourmet lavender seasoning
Pound chicken between two pieces of wax paper. Layer ham slices and place cheese in center of chicken. Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks. (Remember how many you use, so you don’t have any surprises later) Place crackers and seasoning in plastic bag and crush until crumbs are semi-fine. Whisk eggs and milk in shallow dish. Dredge chicken rolls through eggs then seasoned crumbs. Place evenly spaced on cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Back Online!
After months of not being able to access my server from home, I’ve finally managed to reset the modem. I can get back to business. You don’t know what a relief this is. It has been such a pain in my ass. Technology has not been my friend. My laptop crashed and so did my back up HDD. I was able to recover a pretty good amount of data, but have lost a lot of photos. All of my original digital files from Europe. Now I only have the scaled down online files. So I am looking for a credible, affordable (free is better) online back up for my High Res files. I would love any suggestions.
